Day 030: Gung Hay Faat Choy

Hurray! Chinese New Year was about a month ago. All my friends have celebrated the closing of the old year and the opening of the new year, but I have yet to partake in any of the celebrations! I even missed the San Francisco Chinese New Year parade. Today has finally come and get to celebrate the new year with family... and most importantly my grandma! Below is a picture of a newly paved/decorated intersection in Oakland Chinatown.
