Beginnings

One Two Squeeze is an ongoing photo project my friends and I started.  Each week we have a photo topic, and each of the photographers in the project take a picture of their interpretation of the topic.  We hoped that this project would help us keep up our creativity.... and I think it's been pretty successful for me.  This week's topic is "beginnings"... and honestly, that's what this whole week has been for me. I really love God.  I'm a Christian and am a firm believer that God has a purpose for each and every thing that happens in my life---the good, the bad and the ugly.  With that, I also believe God gives me the strength to overcome anything and the hope to move forward.  For every door that's closed, a window has been opened, as reminded to me by my friend, DeShelia.  For every moment that's brought me down this week, God's provide something spectacular to pull me up.  And every door closed, God's opened a window. :) So even though I woke up this morning at 6am with a sinking feeling in my heart and an overwhelming urge to stay in bed for the following five hours, there are little things that pulled me out of bed and made me so excited for today.

It's the little things in life that start new beginnings and exponentially become BIG amazing things.
