Grandma

Growing up, I spent a lot of time with extended family. I'll always be grateful for the time I spent alone with each of my grandmothers when they baby sat me as a child.  I admire my grandmothers so much.  My one grandmother, Ngin Ngin (the chinese name for a paternal grandmother), goes and volunteers at a convalescent home, even though she's nearly ninety.  Come on... who really does that?!  Incredible, right? Anyway, Ngin Ngin is an amazing cook.  I love her food!  I want some right now! I could eat it every day.
