I carry it with me

With mid-March quickly approaching, I quickly picked a sort of anthem for this month: “Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not.” by Ralph Waldo Emerson.  I've been trying to carry the beauty about my life with me, constantly remind myself the joys I have to live for.  This is a view from in front of my hotel, Pinnacle at the Pier, in North Vancouver.

Today marks the 100th day of traveling for me in 2010.  By the end of the year with future trips dreamt up, I hope to travel 121 days in total, which ends up being 30% of the year.  I am so very thankful for all the opportunities and people I've met since I was laid off July 22, 2008.  I was so lost and discourage at that time, but I've become the woman I've always wanted to be.  I am extremely blessed.

In the spirit of thanksgiving.... these people have directly enabled my travel addiction.... Junshien, Katie Lewis, Richelle Dante, Amy Martin, Katie Martin, John K, Angelique & Ric N, Katy M, Karen S, DeShelia Spann, Erin B, Gar and Siobhan C, Erika Lindroth, Danny M, Eddie M, Geoff K
